Finding the time and energy to lead a healthier lifestyle isn’t always easy, but I truly believe that taking those steps and making a change is a deep form of self-love.
Growing up as a gymnast and dancer, I have always understood the importance of keeping my body strong, active and healthy. There was not only a huge importance placed on this, but also a realisation of how necessary it was to keep my body energised and properly fuelled with all the right foods.
Due to my background as a performer, I try to pass on to my clients the knowledge of how to look after their bodies through movement, strength building, stability in routine and consistency. Additionally, supplementing this with nutrition education supports my clients to optimally fuel themselves throughout the day.

I work with clients of any age, gender and ability, creating realistic, tailored plans for each individual with the aim of making it sustainable, practical and most importantly, enjoyable.
